Emily and Michael’s wedding at Nurstead Court was the perfect blend of relaxed elegance and heartfelt celebration. The day began quietly in the cottage on the grounds, where Emily got ready surrounded by her closest people — calm, laughter-filled, and full of anticipation. From there, guests made their way down the long drive to the charming church at the end, where Emily and Michael were married in a truly personal and emotional ceremony.

After the confetti had settled, everyone returned to Nurstead Court to enjoy champagne in the gardens. The atmosphere was wonderfully laid-back, with guests soaking up the sunshine, chatting on the lawns, and taking in the beauty of the grounds. As the day drifted into evening, we were treated to the most gorgeous golden hour light — perfect for romantic portraits around the estate.

The celebrations continued with heartfelt speeches that had everyone laughing (and a few happy tears), before the night ended exactly as it should: a packed dance floor, big energy, and lots of fun. A joyful, easygoing wedding from start to finish, and such a pleasure to photograph.
